The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Committee on Housing and Land Management prepared a Concept Note on Energy Efficiency in Housing.
The note, prepared by Austria and presented at the sixty-ninth session of the Committee in Geneva on 22-23 September 2008, provides background information on the trends of energy efficiency in housing focussing on Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Central Asia and South-Eastern Europe and suggests possible work to be carried out by the Committee on this issue.
Find here the Concept note on Energy Efficiency in Housing.
Amongst others there was also presented an unedited draft on the Belarus housing sector.
